‘壹’ 在晚上为什么用at

其实“在晚上”， 有三种说法: at night ,in the night 和 on the night 。用法不同，意思上也有些差别

1. at night 泛指“在夜晚”，night 前不加冠词，

   He often stays up at night. 他晚上经常熬夜.
   

2. in the night 某个夜晚，night 前加定冠词the，表示一个时间段，相当于ring the night.
   Xiao Ming visited me at 10:30 in the night. 小明晚上10点半来看望了我。

3. on the/a night 特指某一具体日期的夜晚，受具体日期的限定

   1) He dropped in on a cold winter night. 一个寒冷冬日的夜晚，他顺道拜访了我。
   2) The party was held on the night of his brithday. 聚会是在他生日那天晚上举办的。
